FOR LANDLORDS
Clear property evidence.
Professionally managed.
For a new tenancy, a check-out or a mid-term review, we manage the appointment carefully and provide a clear professional record.
01
The right service for the tenancy stage
Choose the report that matches where you are in the tenancy:
- Inventory and Schedule of Condition: a detailed starting record before occupation.
- Check-In: the practical handover stage with relevant key, meter and tenant information where instructed.
- Check-Out: a structured comparison at the end of the tenancy when the original evidence is available.
- Mid-Term Inspection: a proportionate visual record during the tenancy.
02
A straightforward booking journey
Provide the property, service, access and appointment details through the guided online booking journey.
You will see the information required to prepare a quote and suitable appointment options.
03
Professional property evidence
Depending on the service instructed, reports may include:
- written condition observations;
- clear property photographs;
- meter readings;
- key records;
- smoke and carbon monoxide alarm evidence where relevant;
- access and key-return records.
04
Tenant review where included
Where tenant review is included, tenants can review the original report, add structured comments and provide supporting photographs.
The original report remains preserved. Comments and photographs form part of a controlled record rather than altering the starting evidence.
05
Clear support
CJH coordinates access, appointments and practical arrangements so you know what to expect before, during and after the visit.

Questions answered
Useful answers for your instruction.
Which service do I need?
Choose an inventory or property inventory before a new tenancy begins. Choose a check-out at the end of the tenancy when the original evidence is available. A mid-term inspection provides a proportionate record during occupation. If you are unsure, contact the office before booking.
Can CJH collect keys?
Key collection and return can be arranged where agreed in advance. Access details are confirmed during booking and may require office coordination for unusual arrangements.
What information is required when booking?
The guided journey asks for the service, property type, room counts, furnishing, address, access arrangements and your contact details. Check-out bookings may also ask about the original inventory source.
Can the tenant review the report?
Where tenant review is included in the instructed service, tenants receive a secure invitation to review the original report and add structured comments. The original report remains preserved.
What happens if I do not have the original inventory for a check-out?
A meaningful check-out usually depends on reliable starting evidence. If the original inventory is missing or unsuitable, contact the office before booking so we can advise on the appropriate next step.
Can I arrange an appointment outside the normal automated booking limits?
Some properties, access arrangements or timing requests may fall outside the automated journey. Contact the CJH office and we will advise whether the appointment can proceed online or requires manual coordination.
General information only. Unusual properties, incomplete evidence or access constraints may require office review.
